2. What to do if I broke my applicators?

If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (hello@cleabe.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.
